bali highlights week 3 june 2018

2nd and 3rd week of Bali were probably the best of the weeks of the year so far. Indonesian government announced public holidays from 11th June - 20th June. So it's a two week long weekend. Ngurah Airport had a busy schedule during the eid. As a lot of muslim community were either going back to their home towns to celebrate Eid ul Fitri or were coming back to their home town to celebrate this festival with their loved ones.

It wasn't just the muslim community who took the benefit of this long weekend, Balinese community or natives who live in other provinces or cities for work also came back to Bali to enjoy the long holidays. Over all it Bali was crowded and there were full peak hours. An increase was also seen in the local tourists as Indonesians from all parts of country booked their flights and hotels to enjoy the holidays. 

There were a lot of deals and promotions launched by the resorts, restaurants, hotels and Spa. We wish a belated Eid ul Fitri to those who celebrate and we hope they had a great one.
