What can I say? Am I wooed ? Yes. Why? Because it seemed nearly impossible to find what I was looking for in my budget, I wanted a traditional style villa with a small manicured lawn, a bale and a swimming pool with open concept. And as I mentioned before it seemed nearly impossible to find it in the Bukit area. When we contacted Kibarer Property we didn’t have high hopes as we met them after contacting some real big shots in Bali but we were impressed when they showed us this villa, it was a little out of our budget but Dani negotiated and came to the terms where both of us agreed and yes the paper work was a little uncomfortable but it would’ve been more annoying if agent wouldn’t have helped us throughout the process with the clear communication.
