Security alert has been raised second time in last week for Mount Agung Volcano eruption. Indonesian officials have now increased infact doubled the size of the no go area surrounding the Mount Agung volcano. Mount Agung volcano is located on the famous tourist Island of Bali. The alert level has now been raised twice in less than a week.


The National Disaster Mitigation Agency issued a statement on Monday that all kind of people whether tourist or local should avoid going near to the area in the surrounding of Volcano. They are advised to stay at least 6 Kilometers from the crater and upto 7.5 Km away in the north, southeast and south-south west area.

The area highlighted should be emptied for all community activities. It is a notable fact that it is first dangerous level activity last 50 years as mount agung last erupted in 1963 and caused a lot of damage. It killed almost 1100 people in that eruption.
