Last week Bali celebrated its one of the most sacred event "Nyepi" also known as the celebration of Hindu Bali's New Year. This 6 day event is fascinating for the whole world as rest of the world tends to celebrate new year by partying like crazy. But Nyepi is celebrated in a unique way where everybody set their mind to worship God through praying, fasting, meditating and self reflecting.

While celebrating Nyepi, People in Bali also celebrated the Earth Hour on March 25th. It was a natural contribution as while celebrating Nyepi Bali shut down all lights the whole day while the earth hour was between 8:30 - 9:30 Pm. That contributed a lot towards the energy saving for a better future. Many hotels also supported the earth hour by arranging fun activities in the dark.

Bali Spirit Festival also took place in full spirit. People joined daily yoga classes, meditation, healing, dance and music along with seminars focusing on health, spirituality and personal development. The massive One World One Stage concert rocked Bali off his feet with over 100 performers featuring live.
