My image of Bali was nothing more than an Island with beautiful scenery, relaxed and quiet ambiance and just a few activities involving water. But boy I was wrong! It all changed when I visited Bali first time in 2013. Bali is peaceful as it can be it is also crazier as it can get. It in my perception is a perfect place to live if you want everything at your disposal.

You can find the craziest of the night life here, bars, adventurous activities, hiking, culture name a thing and you will get it. I enjoyed my first trip so much that it became a ritual for me to travel once a year since then. What I realized with time was that as the tourism was boosting the development and investment opportunities were increasing as well.

So I generally went to a real estate company called Kibarer property in Denpasar out of curiosity. First surprise was the extremely professional attitude and services. With them I explored the options of investment and understanding the possibilities at the same time. The possible outcome intrigued me to explore further.

So by staying in proper contact with Kibarer Property and while doing the proper research at my end as well. I decided to take the leap of faith in 2016 and viola ended up buying the perfect dream beachfront villa in an ideal location of Bali. The revenue is already bringing me close to break even in less than a year. Best decision of my life.
