Spokesman for the Denpasar Covid-19 Task Force I Dewa Gede Rai confirmed that the entire Denpasar City area was finally designated a green zone for the first time since the pandemic began, first hitting in March 2020.

Covid-19 transmission has decreased significantly as of Tuesday (23/11), with an average of 2 active Covid-19 cases in each village with a total of 43 villages in Denpasar City.

Of the total 11 villages in East Denpasar District, 3 villages recorded 3 active cases. In 11 villages in North Denpasar District, 5 villages recorded 6 active cases, while in West and South Denpasar Districts there were 6 and 3 active cases of Covid-19. "A total of 27 villages in Denpasar have not recorded active cases to date." said Dewa Rai, Tuesday (23/11).

However, this is a positive achievement related to the handling of Covid-19 in Denpasar, but Dewa Rai still reminds the public to continue to adhere to the prevention protocol so that there will be no further increase in Covid-19 cases in Denpasar.
