Officials from Bali
Covid-19 Handling Task Force have confirmed that the recovery rate of Covid-19
patients in Bali has increased.
Dewa Made Indra, the Head of the Bali Covid-19
Handling Task Force, revealed that the Bali province administration has recently
observed a considerable improvement in Covid-19 case recovery rates. “We are
really glad that, as of Friday (6/8), 1,521 Covid-19 patients had recovered,
according to our data. This is fantastic news to receive just a few days before
the level 4 partial lockdown is set to end on August 9th, 2021,” Indra remarked
on Friday.
Many people feel that the Covid-19 vaccine, which was
quickly administered to the majority of Bali's population, played a crucial
factor in this feat. However, Indra cautions the community to continue
following the preventative methods because Covid-19 transmissions in Bali
remain a risk. Indra stated that Bali had just confirmed 1,239 new Covid-19
cases, bringing the total number of cases to 83,988.
