Provincial Government of Bali announced that as per the new version of the Enforcement of Restrictions on Public Activities (PPKM), Malls and Restaurants in Bali can now remain open till 10 pm until 22nd March at least.

Previously the timings for the malls were till 9 pm and restaurants dining in were only permitted under the same curfew. The rule for the most part is still valid in the other provinces implementing Micro PPKM in the latest extension of this partial lockdown, with Bali appearing to be an exception.

A circular was issued on 8th March by Bali's provincial government which allows the people to dine-in at cafes and restaurants till 10 pm, while take away and deliveries are allowed as per the normal operational hours.

n addition, malls can also stay open until 10pm, just like before the pandemic.

Aside from the extended operating hours, the latest iteration of Micro PPKM in Bali appears to remain the same as before, including work from capacity and restaurant dine-in capacity still limited to 50 percent.

In addition, the circular also included an instruction for mayor and regents across the province to increase testing and tracing.
