Balinese authorities have decided to allow visitors to carry out outdoor activities during quarantine at several hotels in Bali.

Since the reopening of Bali airport to foreign visitors, the government has made adjustments to its quarantine policy.

Bali Tourism Board chief Cokorda Pemayun has confirmed that visitors can now access outdoor facilities at some hotels during the lockdown.

“We will implement a quarantine bubble system and provide special areas for visitors who need to quarantine at several hotels in Bali. The plan will be to create a separate area between them and regular guests,” Pemayun said. , Thursday (17/2).

Tourists can also take cooking classes, do yoga, get massages and access the beach in the hotel zone.

“Visitors will be able to go to the beach if their hotel has access to this area, so it already feels like a vacation for them,” Pemayun added.

Hotels will have special entrances for visitors and staff will be kept at home to avoid exposure. Officers from the Covid-19 Management Task Force will oversee all procedures during hotel operations.
