Garuda Indonesia is celebrating its 70th anniversary by offering big discounts up to 70 percent. The discounts are being offered on many routes including some routes with Sriwijaya Air. The massive 70% discounts are only on available for Jakarta-Surabaya, Jakarta-Yogyakarta and Jakarta-Padang flights for one way tickets and return tickets both. However the discounts are available to individuals only and not for people traveling in groups.

While 50% discounts are applicable for almost all routes for domestic and international flights except for the International flights to Middle-East. Garuda Indonesia Groups is also offering 222 additional discounts through affiliate partners. The partners include BNI, BTN CITIBANK, BRI, Bank Manditi and UOB.

Joseph Tendean, Director of Sriwijaya Air Commercial recently stated that the discounts of airline are available from January 26 - February 01.
