We bought our villa through Alban in 2010 and are highly satisfied. It can be daunting to buy property in a foreign country but we were always sure that we have made the right choice and Alban made the process very clear and easy. I would recommend to use his services if you are looking for a safe an reliable investment opportunity or holiday home.
Kibarer Property was for us new at the real estate market. After the Marketing ladies informed us that they have a really serious client for our property, we allowed them to inspect our property including the client. 2 weeks later it was sold, better agent you can not wish. Communication good, fast and short lines. All staff were speaking very good English. Kibarer Property is a serious player on the real estate market.
Thanks to Kibarer Property team and Alban for their professionalism. We have tried 3 different agents until we realize the were the most efficient. they have definitely more choices but on top of that, they really try to advice you until suggesting to not see some properties they were thinking we won't like. We have bought some properties in our life but it is the first a broker can say no. Our investment bring us a good revenue until now, we look for another property in Bali soon!
I came to Bali for 10 days and I have met Alban who guided me how to purchase a property in Bali. I did not have Idea beside my budget about what I could expect. I contacted Kibarer property 6 months ago to find a place where I could retire. I am living oversea and plan to come and live in Bali in the next 2 or 3 years.
