The Chakra is a word from Sanskrit which means "wheel", it symbolizes a whirlwind of energy that centers the scattered energy flows throughout the body. As per the concept the Human body has seven major Chakra points which are connected to specific parts of personality, in which any blockage that occurs ends up impairing person's energy system. This 3 day ‘Awakening the Chakra Spirit’ programme is aimed to activate and align your chakra.
The program Melukat will commence on March 24, 2020. It will focus on a purification ritual headed by a Balinese Priest which involves water as the main source to cleanse he physical, emotional and spiritual condition of a person. The ritual concludes with a fresh coconut served to replenish the body and flush out all internal toxins.
7 Chakra Balancing Yoga and Meditation, the second which is also the Nyepi day will begin. It will involve specific yoga poses that focus on aligning the chakra points and breath control by meditation. Following the yoga and meditation session, a 2-course ‘Healthy Chakra Cuisine’menu is served, based on each chakra.
Last day will start with sunrise yoga and meditation on 26th March, 2020 and will be followed by a lavish luxurious breakfast featuring Nasi Yasa and Balinese coffee.
