As most of us open our feed and read the bad news of the havoc caused by Covid-19 in every part of earth, we have decide to share some positive things that are happening around.
Over 300 Covid-19 positive patients have recovered that also include a beautiful 4 months old baby.
The beautiful infant was infected with Covid-19 in Kulon Progo, has now fully recovered. The baby was kept in intensive care for two weeks at Wates Hospital and now has tested negative for corona virus.
“Thank God the test result came back negative. The baby was the only COVID-19 patient [in Kulon Progo],” Wates Hospital chair Lies Indriyati said on April 5.
As of Saturday another 286 people who were previously tested positive for Covid-19 have now been cleared. The highest recoveries have been reported in East Java (24 percent) as 64 of 267 patients in the province have recovered.
The controversial China based App Tiktok played a vital role and donated 100 billion IDR (US 6.28 Million) to Indonesian Government to support the medical staff for the purchase of protective gear.
Meanwhile, 35 companies have shifted their production or increased their output to produce 18.3 million pieces of protective gear by early May, Industry Minister Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita said.
The equipment will include 1.2 million pieces of medical-grade polypropylene-based gear and 17 million pieces of nonmedical-grade gear made of cotton, nylon or polyester.
Companies are also hopeful of exporting the gear to other countries if the supply is in excess after meeting the company's requirement.
Another great initiative is in mates in over 70 prisons are producing protective gears like masks, face shields, head covers and aprons for the prisoners and prisoner staff. The excessive gear will be shared with the medical workers.
Prisoners are also working on making sanitizers, stretchers, IVS and disinfection booths.

Hundreds of thousands of Muslims in East Java joined the live-streaming of the Nisfu Syaban mass prayer on Wednesday through their smartphones and televisions. The one-hour prayer was led by 19 clerics of the East Java branch of Muslim organization Nadhlatul Ulama (NU) and Lirboyo Islamic boarding school.
