Being famous for it's beaches, mountains, snorkeling, diving and crazy night life. The Island of Gods is also famous for it's locally brewed beer. According to the recent Beer Price Index of 2015, Bali is ranked 14th as the most economical destination for Beers in the world and 3rd in Southeast Asia. As per the recent index stats issued by the travel search english GoEuro, the average price of a can/bottle of beer in the market/bar is US$2.18. Believe it or not it's even cheaper than what you find in Manila and Kuala Lumpur. These stats have placed Bali's beers as the 3rd cheapest in southeast asia where as Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Bangkok, Thailand rank tie at the 2nd place where as Krakow Poland is ranked 1st. Now we imagine a lot of beer lovers packing their bags and taking a vacation to Bali and believe me the beer sound cheap but it isn't. Anyone who has visited Bali has developed an affection for the local brands. However Switzerland is ranked first in the most expensive beer index where the average price is $6.32. Hongkong takes the second place in the most expensive cities of the beers. The 2015 price index data is combined from 75 cities all around the world based on the 5 most commonly imported beers as well as the local beers.
