bali isn't just for the honeymooners!

Yes this is a great misconception about Bali that is just the place for honeymooners and romantic lovey dovey couples. It isn't, there is a reason that it is called "The Island Of Gods" and Gods do not limit things to one specific gentry. Yes Bali is beautiful, exotic and breathtaking but it isn't all just that. During my last trip on Bali with my son, I realized that people relating to Bali as just the get away romantic spot are so wrong because the things it offers and the variety it has, it is just way more than that. I therefore disown anyone who would now stereotype Bali being only good for that. Heaven For Investors:- If you have visited Bali recently or in last few years you might have noticed that is has the attentions of the investors from all around the world. Government is taking necessary actions to make sure that it keeps the cash flowing. They have made several regulations very easy to attract tourists like visa free countries have increased and the property buying process. Every year almost 3 million tourists visit Bali and that is increasing now so you will observe that not only International hotel chains have taken interest in development and investment in Bali but the small investors have also taken a keen interest in buying and renovating small villas in Bali because of the high ROI they offer.   Family Get Togethers:- Now like I mentioned earlier that it has been stereotyped as a romantic getaway only however during my family trip with my son we saw a large number of families visiting Bali together. It was definitely more fun than I had with my wife here. From handicraft shopping to Bali Hai cruise everything was fun, crazy and memorable. While taking a stroll on the streets of Seminyak, Kerobokan we came across a lot of families and enjoyed having a chat with them. Kuta is still good for the perfect night life and not just for the love birds. Adventure Enthusiast:- It is indeed the haven for the adventure lovers as you get to choose from snorkeling, deep sea diving, banana boot rafting, para sailing or submarine ride. Just pick your poison. Or if you are the adventurer who likes to explore things on their own especially being on foot you still have a lot to choose from. Go to Ubud, take a stroll through the lush green jungle, visit Monkey forest or just pack your meal and take a hike to Mount Batur and have the perfect meal on the top of a volcano. Spiritual Healing :- Bali is full of religion, peace and spirituality. So if you are looking for a spiritual healing being a Hindu you are going to be in the Vishnu's heaven. Local Balinese people love their religion and you will get to know a lot about Ramayana & Mahabharat. A variety of Hindu God statues, dance & stage drama performances. Culture and Lots of It:- Balinese people love their culture, the wooden carved homes will welcome you as soon as you land in Bali. Their traditions can be seen through their dresses, their temples like The Taman Ayun Temple with it's multilevel creatively designed room will simply leave you baffled. Taking a trip to artisan village will show how artistic their culture is with silver, wood paintings and weaving. Gingersen fabric is one of the specialties you shouldn't miss out on.
