brawling passenger forced jetstar captain to land in bali

Flight JQ27 was in 5 hours into its journey from Sydney to Phuket when a brawl broke out on the plane between 6 Aussie Passengers. The brawl broke in between a group of men traveling together after a heated argument. The argument then turned into throwing punches and in a proper street style brawl with one passenger suffering a broken nose and leaving blood everywhere.

The pilot and co-pilot came out of their cabin to have a word with those men when they their heat argument started, they warned them but as soon as they left, it turned into a brawl and got out of control. It was then when the captain decided to land at Bali which was fully supported by the other passengers.

A statement was later on issued on behalf of those men " "We apologise and are deeply sorry for the passengers and staff of Jetset [sic] flight Sydney to Phuket and the Bali immagration [sic] for making us feel at home" 

These passengers were escorted by Indonesian police from the air craft as soon as it landed, they were later on escorted to Melbourne with security by air.
