If you have landed at Bali airport recently you may have noticed that airport has tightened up security monitoring for the travelers especially for the electronic items. Airport security team isn't just going to focus on screening your laptops, your tablets, phones and other devices will also be screen strictly according to Ngurah Rai International Airport spokesman Arie Ahsanurrohim.
This means that what ever device or the number of devices you are carrying whether in your hand bag or luggage they have to be taken out for screening when going through the airport security.
“Mobile phones, laptops, and other electronics being brought into the cabin must be removed from the bag for examination,” Ahsanurrohim said in Denpasar on Monday.
This enhancement in security measures in reaffirmed by Directorate General of Civil Aviation Instruction No. 3 of 2017, which was set on on March 30 to address rampant bomb threats.
