1.BALI IS PART OF INDONESIA.

Some people that I saw online believe that Bali is a country or a part in other countries. No, Bali is an island in Indonesia. It happened too when I went abroad. When I asked people about Indonesia, they don't know Indonesia but when I asked them about Bali, they know Bali. This island is more popular than its own country.

2.TWO WEEKS LEBARAN (EID FITRI) HOLIDAY AND "MUDIK" TRADITION.

Mudik is an annual tradition closely attached to the life of Indonesian. Many people who make their living in big cities like Jakarta come home on Lebaran. It's like Thanks Giving in Western. Generally speaking, the employees in Indonesia are  usually given two weeks holiday to do "mudik" and celebrate Eid Fitri with their family.

3.INDONESIAN SCORE HIGHEST IN THE WORLD IN SPEAKING 3 LANGUAGES OR MULTILINGUAL TO.

We can speak 3 languages: Bahasa Indonesia, local language, and "fine" English. But most of us don't realize it yet.

4.WE ARE DIVIDED INTO MANY ETHNICS BUT WE BELIEVE WE ARE ONE.

We have many ethnics (Native Indonesians). We were different kingdom and now we are the one (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika).


5.WE RESPECT RELIGIONS SO MUCH.

I am so proud about this because even though Islam is majority in this country, but we respect other religion which is recognized by government (Christian, Hindu, Buddha, Confucius).  It proves that every religious celebration days will turn to be red date (holiday). We really live peacefully with people with other religions.
